We do not offer a return or refund policy.
All sales are considered final once payment is made and the order has been delivered.
đźšš Why No Returns?
Due to the nature of LPG gas products and for safety and compliance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on gas cylinders, used accessories, or gas appliances once they’ve left our care.
We also do not accept:

Branded cylinders marked as “Property of Afrox”, “Easigas”, “Total”, or “BP”

Returns for incorrect bottle sizes after delivery has been completed
